education at perth montessori
While it is highly desirable for a Montessori student to begin their Montessori Educational Journey at an early age Perth Montessori also believes that there are a lot of great "Montessori Kids" out there who just haven't found us yet. Perth Montessori accepts students at all ages at every term throughout a calendar year.
An Education at Perth Montessori, as required, follows all of the state and national curriculum guidelines however it delivers them in a Montessori framework that is better for student outcomes both academically and socially. The Perth Montessori educational journey has 6 specific cycles:

Students are not held back. For example if a student in the traditional school range of year 2 (in cycle 2) is able to work at a year 3 or 4 level the Montessori framework easily accommodates this. More importantly students do not fall through the gaps at Perth Montessori. If a student has a learning challenge it is quickly indentified with parents consulted and strategies put in place to help the student.
Outside of the core curriculum Perth Montessori has a rich diversity of offerings which provide the type of well rounded framework which has been scientifically proven to enhance a students learning experience.
Perth Montessori has no specific religious affiliations, indeed Perth Montessori celebrates all cultures. The school however does follow the virtues project teaching students a new virtue (or virtues) every week, the same of which are provided to the parent community to enhance the learning experience.
