Enrolment at Perth Montessori School

Playgroup – Age Range 0-3 years

Children’s House – Age Range 3-6 years

• Children are encouraged to commence as close as possible to their 3rd birthday.
• Older children are admitted as vacancies arise. Children over 5 years are profiled for neurodevelopmental growth prior to enrolment and this acts as the benchmark for ‘value-added’ Individualised Education Plans (IEPs) upon entry. An appointment is necessary before Profiling or Family interview.
• It is advisable to place your child on the waiting list before his or her first birthday.

Middle and Upper Primary – Age Range 6-15 years

• Students are admitted as vacancies arise and will be placed on a waiting list after Neurodevelopmental Profiling and Family interview.
• Students entering at this stage, whether from another Montessori or not, may also be required to undertake a ‘Trial’ period of up to 2 weeks, during which time parents are required to observe in the classroom.
